Attorney Glen McClary proves fraud in successful defense of a Workers' Compensation claim

In a complicated and highly litigated claim, Judge Hill in the Ocala and Gainesville District ruled for the Employer/Carrier on all defenses and made a finding of fraud denying all benefits. In Diaz v. Skyline the defense successfully asserted that the Claimant had made false statements about his prior medical history and claims to the medical providers and in deposition. Mr. McClary has been successful in asserting the Fraud Defense in several claims.
