Boyd & Jenerette names new partner

The law firm of Boyd & Jenerette, PA is proud to announce that Linda Wagner Farrell has been named partner. Ms. Farrell’s practice focuses on Workers’ Compensation defense. She was recently selected as one of Florida’s “Legal Elite 2007” by Florida Trend Magazine for the “Up and Coming” category. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida and received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Ms. Farrell is a member of the American Bar Association; The Florida Bar; The Jacksonville Bar Association and the Workers’ Compensation Section (Co-Chair 2007-2008); Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Inc. (Co-Chair 2007-2008); Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association (Vice President 2004-2005); Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. She also enjoys volunteering with Meals on Wheels and the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Senior Holiday Project.
