Mr. McClary is a Shareholder at Boyd & Jenerette. He has developed a statewide practice focused on providing the highest level of service with innovative legal and business solutions. He represents a wide range of clients with an emphasis on understanding his clients’ needs and business practices. He is known as a counselor to businesses and partners with clients to achieve their goals by using his experience as a business leader combined with the skills of an attorney. His specialty is finding and achieving the correct solution for the client whether it be through the legal system or through other avenues. He has used this same approach in developing and leading Boyd & Jenerette to one of the state’s largest full service firms.
Mr. McClary has handled numerous cases involving significantly complex issues and has handled issues in multiple jurisdictions throughout the State. He frequently practices out of the Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami offices. He is a certified instructor and has taught many courses for clients. He has lectured throughout the State to various groups including Judges, Clients, Employers and Medical Practitioners and the Resort and Hospitality Sector.
