Civil Litigation

Christopher Ritchie is a partner with Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. and is a civil litigator who has focused his practice on liability defense and civil litigation work. Mr. Ritchie has been awarded a rating of "AV," the highest rating possible by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell. He also appears in both the July 2007 and July 2008 editions of Florida Trend magazine as one of Florida’s Legal Elite. His civil litigation practice includes the following: automobile, premises liability, products liability, property damage, construction defects, and homeowner's insurance litigation. In addition, Mr. Ritchie assists our insurer clients in investigating and prosecuting fraudulent claims by working with special investigations units, coordinating legal strategies, and conducting examinations under oath.
