Mr. John M. Paglio is an Associate of Boyd & Jenerette practicing in the Jacksonville office. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage and bad faith/extra-contractual liability litigation, complex civil litigation, and appeals.

Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Mr. Paglio began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Howard T. Snyder, United States Magistrate Judge, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Paglio also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Harvey E. Schlesinger, United States District Judge, Middle District of Florida, during this time he gained experience in all phases of a civil action, including discovery and motions practice, trial, and appeal.

Mr. Paglio graduated in the top 10% of his class at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Paglio interned for the Honorable Patricia C. Fawsett, United States District Judge, Middle District Florida and served as an articles editor for the Florida Law Review.
