David joined Boyd & Jenerette as an associate after serving our country in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant aboard the USS Harry S. Truman. Mr. Applegate’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defense litigation involving automobile and trucking negligence, premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death.
