Mr. Stoudemire graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1982 and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year. Before joining Cole, Stone, Stoudemire & Morgan, P.A., he practiced with several distinguished insurance defense firms in Jacksonville. He is a past president of the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, served as chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association and has been a member of the Workers' Compensation Rules Committee of The Florida Bar.
Mr. Stoudemire is a Board Certified Workers' Compensation Lawyer in the state of Florida. In addition, he is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Mr. Stoudemire's practice encompasses personal injury, professional liability, premises liability, motor vehicle and nursing homes cases, state workers' compensation cases, longshore and harbor workers' claims and Jones Act cases. His practice also involves complex commercial litigation cases. Mr. Stoudemire is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, it's highest rating. In addition, Mr. Stoudemire has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" in the area of personal injury litigation.
Mr. Stoudemire is a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He joined Cole, Stone, Stoudemire & Morgan, P.A. in 1990. He came to Boyd & Jenerette in 2009 as part of the merger.
Mr. Stoudemire's non-legal interests include travel, upland hunting, fishing, SCCA racing and oenology.
