Ms. Van der Linde chairs the Firm’s civil litigation department.  She devotes her practice exclusively to the defense of cases and appeals involving trucking liability, automobile liability, premises liability, wrongful death, asbestos, bad faith, negligent security, and coverage issues.  She practices throughout the States of Florida and Georgia.  Ms. Van der Linde frequently lectures on a wide range of topics including adjuster ethics, handling wrongful death claims, and bad faith litigation for continuing educational credit to insurance professionals.  She is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, its highest rating, and has been recognized as one of Florida’s “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend Magazine (2006), as one of The Best Lawyers in America (2008, 2009, 2010), and as Jacksonville’s Best Lawyer by Folio Weekly (2008, 2009).
