Ms Bowman is Of Counsel to the Firm. She devotes her practice to the defense of cases and appeals involving professional liability, employment law, automobile liability, premises liability, wrongful death, bad faith, negligent security, and coverage issues. Ms. Bowman has represented numerous insurance carriers and third party administrators including AAA/Auto Club Insurance Association, AIG Claim Services, Inc., American Alternative Insurance Corporation, CNA Insurance Group, Gallagher Bassett, Glatfelter’s Claims Management, Inc., JWF Specialty, Philadelphia Insurance Company and USF&G Specialty Insurance Company (now GeoVera).
Ms. Bowman also represented various local employers such as Air Frame Component Repair, Canoochee Electric Membership Cooperative, Greenbriar Children’s Center, Nightingale Staffing, Inc., Pace Electrical, Prolectric Electrical Contractors, Inc., Speros, Inc., The Landings Club, Town and Country Exterminating, Vesta Hospitality. She has also represented many national employers such as American Greetings Corporation, International Paper Company, Facility Services, Inc., Regis Corporation, United Parcel Service, and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
Ms. Bowman advises management in employment law to prevent and minimize losses and to enhance compliance with federal and state law. She practices throughout the State of Georgia. In 2011, Ms. Bowman was selected by her peers as one of Georgia Trend's Legal Elite. She has been recognized in Marquis’ “Who’s Who in America” “Who’s Who in American Law”; in “Who’s Who in American Women”; and “Who’s Who in the World.”. Most recently, Ms. Bowman was recognized as Best Lawyer by Savannah Magazine’s 2012 Best of Savannah.
