McClary succeeds through two-way commitment with employees
In correlation to our managing partner, Glen McClary's Ultimate CEO nomination by the Jacksonville Buisness Journal he was featured in an article entitled "McClary Succeeds through two-way commitment with employees".
McClary attributes his success to the employees at Boyd-Jenerette. He said they support his visions and the execution of those visions. They allow him to do the things he needed to grow the firm.
“When you work around really great people and you have mutual trust between those people, where else would you want to go?” McClary said.
“If you have that two-way commitment and that two-way commitment is executed on both sides, then you have a really good firm versus just a collection of people,” McClary said.
He looks at what’s happening now in the industry and constantly evaluates the path the company follows. McClary has created an environment in which the firm has been able to reach its potential. “He’s continuously analyzing the legal marketplace, the business marketplace,” said Robert E. Schrader III, a shareholder and civil litigation practice group leader.

“When all the facts came to light, I believe the plaintiff and his attorney did the right thing and dismissed this action against a private citizen" Berger said.
