Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., is pleased to announce that Kristen Van der Linde has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Boyd & Jenerette Welcomes New Associate
Boyd & Jenerette welcomes associate Jenna Strom to our Jacksonville office and Civil Litigation Practice Group!
Ms. Strom joins Boyd & Jenerette as an associate, coming from The Wilner Firm in Jacksonville, Florida. Her practice focuses primarily on products liability, premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. Jenna’s prior experience lies in tobacco litigation, mass tort complex litigation, class actions, and family law.
Jenna is from Jacksonville, Florida, where she attended Bishop Kenny High School, University of North Florida, and Florida Coastal School of Law. At UNF, she competed on the Women's Division I Swim Team, served as Editor and Chief of the newspaper, and graduated with honors. She is involved in the Jacksonville community and frequently volunteers at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.

Boyd & Jenerette, is pleased to announce Mrs. Jennifer H. Dominguez joining the firm in our Miami office. Mrs. Dominguez will work in our civil litigation and commercial litigation practice groups.
“We are happy to welcome Jennifer H. Dominguez to the Firm,” said Miami Managing Partner, Jorge Gutierrez. “She has represented clients in federal, state and appellate courts, experience which will no doubt make her a valuable asset to our growing Miami practice.”
Dominguez received her law degree from St. Thomas School of Law, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Miami, where she graduated cum laude. Currently, she is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association and the Cuban-American Bar Association.

Boyd & Jenerette Welcomes New Associate
Mr. Salem has joined Boyd & Jenerette in our Jacksonville and will be working in general civil litigation defense, involving automobile and trucking negligence, product liability, and premise liability.
Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Mr. Salem was an Assistant State Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit where he handled over 25 jury trials. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Salem handled a variety of criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies punishable up to life in prison. He also was awarded at the State Attorney’s Office for his outstanding performance and dedicated service.
While in law school Mr. Salem interned for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judge Daniel Sleet and had the opportunity to work for the City of Jacksonville’s General Counsel’s Office during his undergraduate studies.

Ms. Nicolle Piquet has joined the firm as an associate in our Jacksonville office. With the addition of Ms. Piquet the firm will further its legal expertise in the practice areas of Civil Litigation, Automobile Liability, Trucking & Transportation and Premises Liability. Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Ms. Piquet worked for a local firm handling first and third party claims, coverage and subrogation claims and Personal Injury Protection disputes.
Ms. Piquet is fluent in Spanish and obtained her B.A. from the University of Florida, Cum Laude in 2006 and her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law with a certificate in International law in 2009. While in law school she worked for a Personal Injury Firm and volunteered at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid assisting low income clients with immigration related issues.
