Alan Fertel has been nominated in Super Lawyers since 2006 and heads both our Sports & Entertainment Law group as well as our Family Law group.
This is Roger Slade's second year in a row being selected by Super Lawyers and is head of our Commercial litigation and Appellate practice groups.
Kristen Van der Linde has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2010 and is head of our Automobile Liability, Global Settlements and Mass tort litigation Groups.
Boyd & Jenerette Attorneys Named to Florida Super Lawyers in 2011
Congratulations to the six attorneys that have been selected by Florida Super Lawyers in 2011. For Partners, William Stone and Bob Cole, it was their sixth and fifth selection in a row, respectively. Equity Partner Kristen Van der Linde earned her second selection in a row. Three others were selected as "Rising Stars". Linda Farrell, Chair of the Workers' Compensation Department earned her first selection. Elizabeth Howard, Construction Department Chair, received her third selection in a row. Associate, Kansas Gooden, received her first selection in 2011.
Each of these attorneys were nominated by their peers. Only five percent of the total lawyers in the state of Florida are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers. As for the "Rising Stars", who are required to be either 40 years of age or younger or practice ten years or less, only two and a half percent of attorneys in the state are given this honor.
