Boyd & Jenerette Welcomes New Miami Partner
Boyd & Jenerette, welcomes Jacob J. Frohman as a partner in our Miami office with an expertise in Corporate Law.

Frohman’s areas of expertise include corporate and transactional matters in private and public securities offerings, licensing arrangements and technology transfers as well as domestic and international cross-border corporate transactions consisting of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
Mr. Frohman graduated from Boston University School of Law, where he was an Editor of the BU Law Review and graduated among the top 10% of his class. Mr. Frohman began his legal career as a Corporate Associate in the New York office of the international law firm Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he had opportunity to practice for a period of time in Paul Weiss’ Tokyo office. More recently, Mr. Frohman was a Corporate Partner in the New York office of the international law firm Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.

Congratulations to our very own managing partner, Glen McClary for being selected by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of the Ultimate CEOs of businesses headquartered in north Florida for the second year in a row!
This year there were 12 Ultimate CEO’s selected including leaders of St. Vincent’s Healthcare, MSC Care Management, Fidelity National Financial, United Way of Northeast Florida, Vystar Credit Union, Acosta Sales & Marketing among others.
The finalists were chosen by editors of the Jacksonville Business Journal from a pool of more than 40 nominations. Selection was based on an outstanding commitment to excellence, leadership roles within the organization and unmatched contributions to the local community. All honorees will be profiled in the upcoming Aug. 3rd edition of the Jacksonville Business Journal and a luncheon will be held on August 2nd in honor of those receiving this award.
