Kansas Gooden Becomes Member of The First District Appellate American Inn of Court
The law firm of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. would like to congratulate and announce that attorney, Kansas Gooden, has been accepted as a member of The First District Appellate American Inn of Court in the Barrister category. This Inn of Court includes five active judges of the First District Court of Appeal, appellate practitioners from across the entire Florida First District (which includes Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Panama City and Pensacola) and students from Florida State University School of Law.
Bill Stone Recreation of Cross Examination for Nassau County American Inn of Court
William Stone, a Partner with the law firm of Boyd & Jenerette P.A., recreated his cross examination of Co-Defendant, John T. Lee, Inc.’s accident reconstruction expert, Christopher Bloomberg, during the civil trial of Huckleby vs. Crumbley. The recreation took place at the historical Nassau County Courthouse on May 19, 2011. The accident reconstruction expert, Christopher Bloomberg, was played by attorney Patrick McGuinness of Finnell, McGuiness & Nezami, P.A. On hand were members of the Nassau County American Inn of Court as well as other attorneys in the greater Jacksonville area and current law professors and students.
