Boyd & Jenerette Shareholder Kristen Van der Linde presents at the 17th Annual Florida Liability Claims Conference sponsored by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
Kristen will present "Young Lawyers - What is This Case Worth" during a breakout session June 7th. The presentation is part of the 2-day conference and at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida on June 6-7, 2013.

Kristen Van der Linde, Shareholder at Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. is slated to present 'Bad Faith 101' at the National Business Institute's Continuing Legal Education for Professionals Seminar Wednesday, December 12th, 2012 at the Embassy Suites in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Bad Faith 101 Seminar, will focus on gaining the practicle skills needed to handle Bad Faith claims. Topics will include insurance bad faith, legislative framework and current developments, major stages of the case and maintaining ethical standards.
