Alan Fertel to Speak at St. Thomas University’s Entertainment and Sports Law Symposium
Boyd & Jenerette Partner and Sports & Enterainment Practice Group Leader, Alan Fertel will be speaking at the 2013 Entertainment and Sports Law Symposium on Saturday, March 9th at St. Thomas University School of Law.
The Symposium will include panels on Intellectual Property, NCAA Compliance and Immigration. Mr. Fertel will be speaking on the NCAA compliance panel sharing his expertise on compliance regulations and various NCAA violations.

Boyd & Jenerette, is pleased to announce Mrs. Jennifer H. Dominguez joining the firm in our Miami office. Mrs. Dominguez will work in our civil litigation and commercial litigation practice groups.

Dominguez received her law degree from St. Thomas School of Law, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Miami, where she graduated cum laude. Currently, she is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association and the Cuban-American Bar Association.
