Boyd & Jenerette, Welcomes Partner Michael S. Greene to our Real Estate practice group in our Ft. Lauderdale office.

Greene’s practice focuses in the areas of real estate development and finance, acquisition, leasing, construction, contracting and claims resolution, indoor environmental and disaster preparation and recovery, hospitality law, ADA and Accessibility Code, land use and zoning law, trademark and copyrights for owners, design professionals and manufacturers, and alcoholic beverage licensing. In his 30 years of experience, Greene has represented financial institutions, developers, hoteliers, investors, institutional and non-institutional building owners, contractors, mold assessors and remediators.
Greene received his law degree with honors from the University of Florida and his bachelor of building construction with high honors from the same institution, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Florida Blue Key. Before joining Boyd & Jenerette, he was a partner at the Fort Lauderdale office of Berger Singerman.
Boyd & Jenerette Welcomes New Of Counsel Attorney
Boyd & Jenerette, welcomes Carlos M. Rodriguez Of Counsel in our Miami office. Mr. Rodriguez will provide legal and business counseling for the firm, specializing in real estate, foreign title insurance, cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.
“Carlos has extensive experience representing both domestic and foreign clients in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe, with respect to their interests in the United States,” said the Firm’s Managing Equity Partner, Glen McClary. "This knowledge and experience will make him a vital asset to our Firm."
Mr. Rodriguez is also a Certified Family Business Specialist and has provided specifically tailored business and planning services to family-owned businesses regarding succession planning and other family-business specific matters. He also has extensive business experience including serving in executive capacities of privately held companies and prior management experience at two Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Rodriguez received his law degree from the University of Florida and holds a B.S. from Florida State University. Currently, he is a member of the Florida Bar, the Cuban-American Bar Association, Latin Builders Association and Easter Seals of South Florida.
