Litigation can be a costly and protracted process. More clients are turning to the expedience and predictability that comes with alternative dispute resolution. Our Florida Supreme Court certified mediators bring the wealth of their many years of experience to the process.

As certified mediators, we act as neutral intermediaries in conflicts. In that context, we would represent neither party to mediation, but would be "hired" by both parties.

Mediation training however also allows us to be skilled advisors to individual parties participating in mediation. In many cases, a representative who is trained in the mediation process can assist significantly in obtaining a favorable outcome.

In addition to mediation, we are experienced and skilled in the area of arbitration. This method of dispute resolution is often mandated by contract. However, it is also useful to address complex issues that may not be suitable to the judicial process.

Because of the breadth of our practice areas, we are able to assist in nearly all areas of civil law including: personal injury, commercial litigation, professional negligence, workers' compensation. Jones Act, Longshore and Harborworkers, employment practices, etc. This method of dispute resolution can be employed both pre-suit and post-suit.
