Boyd & Jenerette's Trucking & Transportation Department is composed of attorneys who concentrate in representing intrastate and interstate motor carriers, drivers, owner operators, insurers, and other transportation related entities throughout Florida and Georgia. Our attorneys are uniquely capable and knowledgeable in handling all aspects of the trucking and transportation field including issues involving immediate accident investigation, personal injury or wrongful death claims, cargo loss, and environmental losses. The Transportation Department also handles cases involving waste hauling, taxicabs, shuttles, buses, rental vehicles, and ambulance services. Boyd & Jenerette is staffed with very experienced litigators with the knowledge and expertise to handle and resolve claims, lawsuits, and other disputes through direct negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

The members of our Trucking & Transportation Department are active participants in a number of significant legal organizations including the Defense Research Institute and The International Association of Defense Counsel. Two of our partners are also active for major motor carriers as well as several insurance companies and third party administrators who concentrate in the trucking industry.
