Based on our client preferences, we often utilize early case evaluation and the use of alternative dispute resolution (mediation) to resolve many cases in the pre-suit phase.

This allows us to often neutralize opposing experts and at the same time retain the best experts for our clients, depending upon the particular needs of the case.
